Refund & Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the manufacturing quality of your purchase we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you received the goods providing the goods are returned to us in their original condition and undamaged. In the case of skin care products and fragrances, items returned must be UNUSED and UNOPENED. No returns will be accepted without an authorisation and refunds will not be issued prior to Executive Accessories receiving the returned item.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us so that we can resolve any problems.

We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them. We'll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.

All postage and insurance costs involved in returning products to Executive Accessories are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that Executive Accessories will not provide a refund for incorrect product choices or changes in taste.

Delivery

Delivery by Regular Post within Australia is FREE regardless of quantity. Unless otherwise specified, credit card and PayPal orders are generally despatched within 24 hours of receipt and should be received within 2-7 working days depending on the delivery address. For offline payment methods, we will despatch the order within 24 hours of confirmation of your payment.

Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be despatched at the earliest opportunity.

We are happy to deliver to post office boxes within Australia.

Express Post and Registered Post options are available in the shopping cart for your convenience. Unless otherwise stated, there is a flat fee Australia-wide of $10.00 for Express Post and $5.00 for Registered Post.

While Executive Accessories sells primarily to the Australian market, overseas enquiries are welcome. International customers are invited to contact us with details of their enquiry.  Please note that local taxes and import duties may be payable by the recipient in the destination country.

Payment

All items listed on www.executiveaccessories.com.au are priced in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) for orders within Australia.

Executive Accessories accepts payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, direct deposit, money order and cheque. There is no surcharge for payments made by credit card.

All credit card transactions are completed via St George Bank's secure hosted gateway. When our online order form asks users to enter contact details and credit card details, that information is protected with Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption software. Your transaction is completed in this secure environment, and your credit card details are not stored on our server. Only your name and delivery details are forwarded to us to match with your order for despatching.

If you wish to pay by direct deposit, money order or cheque, payment details will be presented to you upon checkout.

Product Information

All brand name products sold on this web site are 100% authentic. We have endeavoured to display colours as accurately as possible. However because the colour may vary on different computer monitors, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

Prices displayed are inclusive of Regular Post delivery and GST. Prices quoted and bonus offers are applicable only while stocks last.
